Use & Assembly of our Products

1. Unbox and Identify Parts
Water tank/reservoir
Pump with USB cable
Filter (usually carbon/foam)
Top cover/tray
Fountain spout/nozzle
US Power adapter
Sensor
1 extra filter

2. Rinse All Parts
Rinse the tank, lid, and filter under clean water before use.
Do not wash the pump motor directly with soap.

3. Insert the Pump
Place the pump in its designated slot in the base/tank.
Make sure suction cups are flat on the bottom.

4. Attach the Filter
Insert the filter (carbon side facing up) into its slot or tray.
Some models require sliding the filter under a plastic holder.

5. Assemble the Top Part
Place the cover or tray over the tank and align it with grooves.
Attach the nozzle where water flows out.

6. Fill with Water
Fill the tank with fresh water (usually up to the max line).

7. Connect the Power
Plug in the pump’s USB cable to a power adapter or outlet.
Water should start circulating immediately.

The water fountain is a lot smaller than I imagined. The front is about the size of my hand with my fingers extended. It's only my first night with it, so my opinion could change as the days pass. But as for now, it's very quiet. I have it in my bedroom and only hear a water droplet every once in a while. My older cat, who gets spooked over anything new, took a few tries before she felt comfortable with it. But my younger cat (15 y/o) immediately took to it since it's similar to their original water fountain. Overall, it's a great, little machine that I would highly recommend purchasing.
